Electronic Health Records

Mind Body Spine uses Cliniko, a secure cloud-based practice management system, to manage patient records, appointments, clinical notes and communications.

Cliniko stores Australian customer data on secure Australian-based servers using industry-standard security measures including encryption, restricted access controls, secure backups and ongoing security monitoring. Cliniko acts solely as our data processor and does not own or use your health information except where necessary to provide and support its services or where required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These measures include:

  • Secure electronic record storage

  • Password-protected systems

  • Role-based staff access

  • Encrypted data transmission
